LikeDislikeIf you read the 2nd amendment it states you will have the RIGHT to bear arms so if you think about it thats violating your 2nd amendment right i will have my airsoft team here in Missouri protesting this

LikeDislikeokay p[eople. This is an example of HOW ignorant people in california are. Everyone is soo scared and the second anyone sees a “gun” (regardless of real steel paintball or airsoft) they freak out. Guns have been marked as an “outlaw” here in cali. so honestly im not suprised that someone is trying to do this. But this does definitly piss me off (and i guess ill be owning “illegal” guns if this does pass because there is no way in hell any of my guns are getting repainted.) BUt we could always argue with this and be “cops would now the diffrence because Airsoft guns have Magazines that would hold more then 10 rounds if they were real (in cali you cant have more then a 10 round mag) I just hope that this doesnt pass because im gana hate being one of the few kids who refuse to paint there guns.

LikeDislikeAlso (im not 100% positive but im pretty sure) most of this Airsoft being real guns BS would be easily fixed by fixing our normal gun laws. because california is so strict on there gun laws they are also trying to cram Bull S**t laws about how bad guns are down our throats. I mean when is the last time you heard of a kid getting shot in texas? Arizona? Oklahoma? All those states have amazing gun laws. And you hardly ever hear of people getting shot for “intimidation” firearms. plus I would say most cops down here are trigger happy. They shoot on sight and shoot to kill. It should go down like cop pulls up, tell kid to put guns down and then waits for backup then moves up onto the kid. NOT rtell kid to put guns down and shoot them “because they weer moving to shoot.” but guys this is all My OPINION And you have the right to disagree. But im not painting my guns no matter what. :p

LikeDislikeI agree totally if that law passed here i mean here in Missouri we have the lest strict gun laws in the U.S. and you hardly ever hear of a shoot out or a kid got shoot by what looked like a intimidation firearm. If that law ever passed here i would definitely drive up to the state capital and tell them how stupid they are to pass that if fact if i had the time and money i would go there and do that in California and if any one disagrees then you can go and complain to some one else.I will be telling everyone this on YouTube.
also this would basically put airsoft GI, Evike and Airsoft Extreme out of business or to move out of state……cause they arnt gonna make as much money selling pink G&Gs….This did pass 5 to 2…..

LikeDislikeyes, as far as I can tell. although it is unclear whether this will effect the entire state or just LA..still A majority of suppliers and distributer are located in the LA area.. this will effect Alot more than Cali.
